Services

Lux Creatis provides creative services for hospitality businesses, including photography, videography, styling, branding, and social media content creation. The scope of services is defined in individual proposals, contracts, or invoices.

Deposit & Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

• A deposit of 30–50% (depending on the service package) is required to confirm the booking.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid:
  • 48 hours before the service date for standard bookings.
  • 7 days before for large or multi-day projects.

 Rebooking Policy

2. Rebooking by Client

• Clients may reschedule once without extra charge if notice is given:
  • At least 7 days before the original booking date for full projects.
  • At least 72 hours before for photo or content sessions.
• Rebooking requests made less than 48 hours before the booking date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee (applied to the total service cost).
• The new date must be within 60 days of the original booking.

 

3. Rebooking by Lux Creatis

• If unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, the client will be notified immediately.
• Clients may choose between:
  • A new date, or
  • A full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

4. Cancellation by Client

• More than 14 days before the booking: full refund of the deposit minus a 10% admin fee.
• 7–14 days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before: the deposit is non-refundable.
• No-show or same-day cancellation: full service fee applies.

 

5. Cancellation by Lux Creatis

• If cancellation occurs due to internal or force majeure reasons, the client receives:
  • Full refund of all paid amounts, or
  • Option to transfer the deposit to a new booking date.

Payment Methods

• Payments accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or secure online invoice.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee after 7 days of delay.

 

Special Terms

• Deposits are considered commitment fees and cover administrative, pre-production, and scheduling costs.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Rebooking due to weather, travel delays, or illness may be handled with flexibility at Lux Creatis’ discretion.

 

Intellectual Property

• Lux Creatis retains full copyright of all creative works produced unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the works for agreed purposes (marketing, website, social media).
• Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of our work without written permission is prohibited.

 

Website Use

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
• Copying, hacking, or misuse of our content is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue the website without notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Lux Creatis is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or reputation.
• Liability is limited to the value of services paid by the client.

 

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
• For EU clients, consumer protection rights under GDPR and EU law remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised Terms.
